As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse, I provide evidence-based, compassionate clinical care — available through in-home, virtual, or office visits, whichever works best for your family.

    We offer In-Home Consultations for lactation clients. Please contact us directly to set up an In-Home Consultation. Our travel radius is within 20 miles of 21045 zip code. There is a $50 travel fee for all in home consultations.

  • If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show, the client is responsible for paying the full session fee. Excusable cancellations will be charged the full fee and applied to an appointment booked within the following two weeks. If you do not book a follow up appointment within those two weeks you forfeit the funds for that appointment.

    Nettle and Moon Wellness LLC has the right to waive the fee in the case of a significant emergency or at my discretion.

  • We are currently in network with Cigna (Wildflower Health), Aetna, UHC, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We can submit your insurance claims through these plans. For the insurance plans we are not working with, we can issue a Superbill so that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

    Initial Lactation Consultation- up to 2 hours $225

    Follow Up Lactation Consultation- up to 1.5 hours $175

    Twin/Multiples Initial Lactation Consultation- up to 2 hours $325

    Twin/Multiples Follow Up Lactation Consultation- up to 1.5 hours $275

    Prenatal Lactation Consultation- 1 hour $175

    Virtual Initial Lactation Consultation- 1.5 hours $175

    Virtual Follow Up Lactation Consultation- 45 minutes $110

    I offer a discount for WIC/Medicaid and Tricare clients.

  • We can take Flex Spending Account (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), and Health Care Flex Spending Account (HC FSA) to pay for your craniosacral or lactation sessions. You are responsible for checking your coverage and eligibility.
