About Me

Ronna Waddell, RN BSN (she/her)

I am a military spouse, an ambivert, a mother of two young boys, and a lifelong learner. I started my professional career working as a Registered Nurse at a hospital in the Neurological and Orthopedic Unit and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The birth of my second child launched me down the path of pursuing my International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Certification, as this became an interest of mine while working in the NICU. I struggled with breastfeeding my second child and saw how important quality help can be to a nursing relationship.

My introduction to Craniosacral Therapy (CST) occurred during this challenging breastfeeding relationship and I recognized its impact. CST allowed me to continue my breastfeeding journey and achieve my goals. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to continue learning about CST, especially how helpful it can be for calming and regulating the nervous systems of my infant clients and adults. I am currently working on my Pathway 3 Mentorship hours to become an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and I enjoy integrating this knowledge into my CranioSacral Therapy Sessions.

My goal is for my clients to feel educated and supported while discovering what is best for their family, whether that is breast/chestfeeding, pumping, and/or formula.

While not working and studying, you can find me chasing after my ever-moving boys, crafting, exploring herbalism, gardening, and being outside as much as possible.
