We offer In-Home Consultations for infants younger than 3 months.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show, the client is responsible for paying the full session fee.
Nettle and Moon Wellness LLC has the right to waive the fee in the case of a significant emergency or at my discretion.
How many CST sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies and is based on the client’s state of health and treatment goals. In our experience when someone comes in with an acute or chronic condition, we recommend 2- 4 sessions close together to focus on relief. Next, we address the root of the cause and may schedule sessions a few weeks apart. Some clients then come in monthly or every other month for maintenance.
If this is an infant CST session and we are working through painful latch issues, we recommend a follow up session within the same week or as close as possible to get the best relief for the chest/breastfeeding client and baby. After the first two appointments, we can typically space the appointments out to weekly as we address the root of the cause.
Do you take insurance for CST Sessions?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take insurance at this time for our CST clients.
Do you take insurance for Lactation Services?
We are currently working with Wildflower Health (Cigna PPO) and TLN (Total Lactation Network) for in-network insurance coverage.
The Lactation Network currently accepts the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. Insurance companies currently participating with TLN include United Healthcare, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Humana PPO, All Multi-Plan, and PNOA plans. TLN has plans for more insurance companies to be added. Please check their website for coverage.
We can issue a Superbill for our clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Do you take Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Spending Account (HSA)?
We can take Flex Spending Account (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), and Health Care Flex Spending Account (HC FSA) to pay for your sessions. You are responsible for checking your coverage and eligibility.
