What is the investment for Lactation Services?

We are currently in network with TLN (The Lactation Network) and Cigna (Wildflower Health) and can submit your insurance claims through these plans.

The Lactation Network currently accepts the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. Insurance companies currently participating with TLN include United Healthcare, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Humana PPO, All Multi-Plan, and PNOA plans. TLN has plans for more insurance companies to be added. Please check their website for coverage.
